Aircraft Fleet

British Airways Flying Clubs Piper Warrior G-SIXT painted in BEA livery landing at Wycombe Air ParkThe majority of AFC fleet carries Airways' "Chatham Historic Dockyard" tailfin colours, which was originally exclusive to Concorde. Our Chipmunk aircraft retains its resplendent 1950's BOAC/Airways Aero Club colours, to denote and retain the history behind the Club.

To celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2008, G-SIXT (X-ray Tango) was repainted in a unique dual design commorating her roots in BOAC and BEA.  Her port side is painted in the colours of BOAC while her starboard side sports a BEA design.
