Aircraft Fleet
The majority of AFC fleet
carries Airways' "Chatham Historic Dockyard" tailfin colours, which
was originally exclusive to Concorde. Our Chipmunk aircraft retains
its resplendent 1950's BOAC/Airways Aero Club colours, to denote
and retain the history behind the Club.
To celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2008, G-SIXT (X-ray Tango) was repainted in a unique dual design commorating her roots in BOAC and BEA. Her port side is painted in the colours of BOAC while her starboard side sports a BEA design.
